Dennis Lynch

Dennis recently completed a successful Well Site Leader Management project with Conoco Phillips in the San Juan Basin. He comes to the Angelina Group from the NASA Ames Research Center in California where he was the Construction Manager for facility renovation projects. His work in the project management field over the past 30 years have lead him into many situations; from supervising the Prudhoe Bay Prime Camp Maintenance and Construction Operation, supervising Foreign Nationals in Mexico and Canada, renovating U.S. Consulates and Embassy's in Europe, Russia and China and various journeys to the Antarctic as a Senior Construction Coordinator.

With a B.S. in Environmental / Ornamental Horticulture from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, and numerous continuing education programs including Project Management and Safety Leadership, Dennis has developed the ability to effectively communicate confidence and change through training, education and experience. His strengths are evident in his mentoring, and results oriented approach to coaching. "Listening to and incorporating ideas from the ones doing the work is critical in developing and implementing a change strategy". Dennis is a team builder, utilizing the knowledge and experience of others to strengthen the team as a whole.

Dennis enjoys various outside interests including coaching his children's soccer teams, fishing for the next "big one", walks on the beach with his wife Kari and occasionally just relaxing with a good paperback. Kari suggests he should spend more time on the "honey do" list - but life is just too short! Truly a 'people first' kind of guy, and one that we are proud to introduce to you and your workforce.

Dennis currently resides in Flagler Beach, Florida with his wife Kari and their children Emily, Ellyn and Sean.
